One option is to leave all rational consciousness and be guided by our instincts, for what the purity of our minds want to release, setting aside any thoughts that may seem questionable to others.
The instinct must act as a filter and catalyst to help release the essence of our true will, rather than accepting any regret or guilt over the memories of those experiences.
We learn from the past, and all mistakes we must remember to learn from them, but away from any sense of guilt or sef-indulgence.
To get to the nobility before we have to purify those memories and thoughts to prevent the passage the creative light.
Without going into any canonical interpretation on the purity, cleansing our consciousness needs to go through to avoid rejection of the thoughts that for others are reprehensible: it is precisely the act of rejecting that part of induced morality which can free our consciousness and and create our own symbols of good and evil.
In this way we free the conscience of all moral dogmas, religious and ideological to open the doors to what we ourselves can create.
This is not the only process and not the only tool that we can use, since there are other slower methods and some of them dubious that ultimately move towards goals and erratic to the will of our spirit.
What we use to achieve the nobility and purity of our soul, should serve as a way to transport consciousness to states of fullness.
